WCP is a diversified resources company actively exploring in the precious and base metal sectors. The Company has acquired interests in a number of mineral exploration projects, including:

• Lake Torrens iron-oxide copper gold uranium (IOCGU) project adjacent to Olympic Dam in South Australia;
• Lillyvale iron-oxide copper gold (IOCG) project southeast of Mt Isa in Queensland;
• Busia gold project in the northern Lake Victoria goldfields, southeastern Uganda;
• Simba Sirori, Bukoli and Magamba-Siga Hills gold projects in the Lake Victorian goldfields, northwestern Tanzania;
• Agusha-Gumu Dunga gold project in western Ethiopia;
• Montague gold projects southeast of Meekatharra in Western Australia; and
• Mombo Bore copper-gold-uranium project east of Carnarvon in Western Australia.

WCP is aggressively exploring these areas and is actively assessing further global opportunities within its core commodity sectors.

In addition, WCP holds 26% of Panax Geothermal Limited that has acquired interests in a number of uranium exploration projects, including:

• Coulta uranium project within the Gawler Craton of southwestern Eyre Peninsular, South Australia; and
• Goongarrie, Nangcarrow, Yalgoo and Warralakin uranium projects within the central northern Yilgarn Craton of Western Australia.
