Mr Ian Middlemas

Mr Middlemas is a Chartered Accountant and has been in commerce for over twenty years holding senior executive positions and directorships in a number of public companies. He originally worked for Arthur Andersen before joining the Normandy Group where he was a Senior Group Executive for approximately ten years. Mr Middlemas has considerable corporate, financial and management expertise. He is a Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Mr Middlemas was appointed a Director of the Company on 14 September 2009.
Mr Simon O'Loughlin
Non-Executive Director
Mr O'Loughlin is the founding member of O'Loughlins Lawyers, an Adelaide based medium sized specialist commercial law firm. For many years he has practiced, both in Sydney and Adelaide, in the corporate and commercial fields with, in more recent times, a particular focus on the resources sector. He also holds accounting qualifications. He is a former director of Gowit Limited (now called Agincourt Resources Limited) and is currently a director of Living Cell Technologies Limited, Petratherm Limited and Hindmarsh Resources Limited. He has extensive experience and involvement with companies in the small industrial and resources sectors. He has also been involved in the listing and back-door listing of numerous companies on the ASX and Newcastle Stock Exchanges. He is a former Chairman of the Taxation Institute of Australia (SA Division) and Save the Children Fund (SA Division). Mr O'Loughlin was appointed a Director of the Company on 31 March 2005.
Mr Levi Mochkin
Non-Executive Director
Mr Mochkin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of NASDAQ listed Avenue Group Inc (OTCBB Security: AVNU), a company that is active in the resources and energy sectors. Mr Mochkin will drive WCP Diversified's assessment of new investment opportunities, during a period of world growth and resource demand. Mr Mochkin has been an executive director and key leader of the Ledger Holdings Pty Ltd Group (the Ledger Group), located in Melbourne, Australia. The Ledger Group, while contracted with Bell Securities Limited, acted on behalf of one of Australia's largest gold mining companies in several corporate transactions including two simultaneous on-market takeover bids worth a combined total value of $330 million in Australian dollars. With Mr Mochkin's involvement, Great Central Mines went from being a small mining explorer to become Australia's second largest gold producer and was subsequently taken over by Normandy Mining which is part of Newmont Mining. Mr Mochkin was appointed a Director of the Company on 3 April 2006.
Mr Mark Pearce
Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary
Mr Pearce is a Chartered Accountant and currently holds the position of Company Secretary and/or director for a number of publicly listed companies. Prior to this he worked for several large international Chartered Accounting firms and he has been in commerce for over 12 years. Mr Pearce has considerable financial and corporate expertise. He is a Fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia and Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Mr Pearce was appointed a Director and Company Secretary of the Company on 14 September 2009.
